We needed to stay in Albuquerque one night so I made reservation for a ground floor room at Pan American Inn & Suites After checking in on Friday, January 24, we entered the room & discovered it was not cleaned!! The worker got us into another room which looked alright We later found the bathtub was not cleaned; it had hair on the tub!! The heater did not work and it got very cold. We didn't have a restful night!
On Saturday we found that we needed to stay another night so giving them the benefit of a doubt, I reserved a room at the same motel. The lamp in this room didn't work and the bathroom sink had a very slow drain! To our disappointment, we were given another uncleaned room! We couldn't open the third room which was on the second floor and there was a bad smell on that floor. We just opted to stay in that first room with the slow drain sink!
We left early the next morning and was very very disappointed with this motel!! We are not staying there anymore. When we asked to be compensated for all our troubles, Melissa and Shannon said to report it to Expedia since I had booked the room through you. So now that I've presented my complaints, I'd like to be compensated for what we encountered at this particular motel!! Thank you for your consideration.
