The room was clean. Had someone try and sell me items in the parking lot. I guess that could happen anywhere. The major downfall was there was no hot water both times I tried using the shower. I could get hot water out of the sink but not the shower. Other than that the room was fine.
Location just off the highway convenient for my needs. Accepts pets. Only 1 bath towel and 2 hand towels in room when i arrived (no wash rags or bath mat). Very small bathroom, low water pressure. Everything has a worn and tired feel, including the very young desk clerk.

Disliked: Staff & service
NO onsite security
Stayed here before and stayed here on this trip anticipating security personnel. I was disappointed to find out that there was NO security services any longer. I was assured that personnel monitored security cameras 24/7, hmm unlikely.. I went to front desk personnally a cpl of times n staff were not there, they were elsewhere n I had to ring the bell several times for service. Highly doubt that I will be booking any more "stays" at this location.
Pleasant people at check-in and check-out. My corner room was very quiet. Bed was excellent and the room had every comfort I needed. Easy to get to off I 40.

A Very Good Hotel For The Price
We stayed for 7 nights. Room was a nice size and clean and comfortable. A few small things that were a little disappointing: They forgot to leave any towels on one night - They never left me any more packets of coffee in our room and I had to ask for more - The walls are a little thin as we could hear people in the room next to us - The bathroom door would not shut or open without considerable force so we just never fully closed it.
With all that being said, the room was very affordable, comfortable and had a microwave and fridge and a good TV. Parking was great - got to park right in front of our room. And when I called the front desk about having no towels, the gentleman brought us some towels within minutes!! The people we met who worked at the hotel were all very kind and helpful.
Again, this was a very affordable hotel!! So the small disappointments were no big deal. Overall I was very satisfied and will stay there again if I ever have to go back to Albuquerque. (-:
The room was not clean half roll of toilet paper is that was in the room the keys didn't work on more than one occasion. the air conditioner blows right in your face. the carpet turned our feet black and there was a stain on the bedspread. it was not a good experiance.
I like the easy access right after the interstate. Having children and being at this quick access is not a good idea for us. Other than that the area were nice and comfortable. Thank you.
The stay was satisfactory. The quality of towels and linens were not so good. The breakfast lacked in choices. The coffee wasn't good. Had to stop off after we left for coffee.
I requested a room on the ground floor but didn't get one. I won't stay there again unless I can stay on the ground floor because the steps at these hotels are too difficult if you have several bags to carry. Was very disappointed.
It was conveniently located right next to the freeway. Nevertheless, due to good sound-insulating windows, it was surprisingly quiet. The receptionist was very friendly and the room well-equipped (iron/ironing board, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, radio-alarm, etc.

Ok
The room was ok. The door didnt have the best seal around it so a lot of road noise, draft and light came in from around the door. The tub faucet dripped a lot and the plug didnt seal so I couldnt set a bath for my kids. The tub also creaked and squeaked a lot when standing in it. I did notify the front desk of the issues with the tub and they sent maintenance but the leak and plug issues werent fixed and I was given a 10% discount on the room at check out due to those issues. Also there is no acess to the hotel from Carlisle hen coming in from the north. You have to go south past the freeway and u-turn in order to acess the main parking lot.

When I arrived to check in, there was a neo-white-supremacist logo on the door. I checked with Expedia and learned that I could not cancel my reservation without paying a full night's stay so I felt I had to stay.
The logo was a Blue Lives Matter sticker on the entryway to the office. Blue Lives Matter is a racist insignia that was devised as a direct backlash against Black families begging for their children's safety. It is used by fascist-aligned police and people and made me feel unsafe the whole time I was there.
I thought for the price the place was very nice. I liked its location because it's near the Green Jeans complex which I wanted to try out. I wasn't disappointed: cool place!
And even though it's next to a main street, the room was nice and quiet. I'd recommend the place.
Oh, and even though I was an hour early, the manager found me a room so I could check in.

Okay stay- but internet is weak
I had an issue with the internet as my wi-fi kept going in and out. The last 2 days it stopped working all together and I know it wasn't my laptop or phone because I had it on Wi-Fi throughout the day.
They told me there wasn't anything they could do and asked me to call the tech support phone number on the back of the welcome card. Weird- didn't know I was an employee. I know that signals can get weak anywhere and anytime- I was just hoping for some sort of compensation since I told them I was there for business and needed access to send and receive emails from my laptop. But nope. Won't be staying there again.
Floor was dirty (made our bare feet black), had some water damage to carpet, and our TV’s cable receiver would not change the channel (remote did not work). However the location was really good! Close to everything. Next door to brewery :0
The front desk staff apologized that there was not a queen bed available on the first floor and he upgraded us to a king with no extra charge. Very nice of him.
