Breakfast was disappointing. The property is outdated and not well maintained. At least the room didn’t have carpet, because I can’t imagine how gross that would be. The bed was comfortable.

This hotel is essentially transitional housing for unhoused individuals. There is even an office to help them in one of the rooms. Would have been nice to know this before we booked.

The plumbing needs to be fixed, sinks leaking all the time, showers not draining, toilets not flushing properly. The chair was so dirty I didn't even want to put my luggage on it much less sit on it. The bed linens were dirty and had blood stains on them. The only good thing I have to say is the staff was amazing, helpful and very friendly!

Maids entered room when do not disturb sign was on door. Mgmt holds on to deposits longer then necessary. They blame the bank for the delay. I've never had issues like this at other hotels.

The toilet didn’t flush. The pool was closed and construction started first thing in the morning. It was awful. They also required a $100 deposit that was not mentioned anywhere during the booking. Would NOT go back.

The room was horrible couldn’t walk around barefoot unless you wanted your bottom of your feet black . Air conditioner filters were nasty and had plumbing issues where the toilet wouldn’t go done . Let mess after they tried to fix it . Ask housekeeping to change our sheets and they couldn’t communicate with us . Pool was down unable to use . Very sketchy place . Beds horrible . Much as we paid for three nights here won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

Staff was pleasant but everything else was a disaster. The hotel is falling apart and the room was terrible. The AC sounded like it was about to explode and the bathroom… let’s not even go there. Poop skids left in the toilet and the tub was dirty. Do not recommend this hotel even for the price!
