「The building was quite new which was a plus. Had everything we needed. Only downside is that the area around has not been developed yet. If you have a car there is no issue getting around.」

「Everything for the most part is expected… EXCEPT A/C or air conditioning: It boggles my mind that these properties are allowed to market air conditioning when they are incredibly underpowered or simply don’t work. My room did not cool off, kind of, until 3-5 am every single night. It was a nightmare. They don’t care because they know it’s like that. I had to buy a large fan just to trick myself to sleep. The quickest tell that they are confidently aware of how they’re skimping you… The lobby...

「Beautiful property, easy parking, lovely golf course, pool and large room. Restaurants are very good. Room was very comfortable, liked the balcony, clean and very roomy. Valencia is several miles from hotel so it’s a bit of a trek to get to the city. Great spot to come back to and relax.」

「We loved our stay.... the front desk and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff all spoke English, but they appreciated my limited Spanish : ) The apartment was large and comfortable for two people and the bed was comfortable, but we did ask for and received a mattress topper. I am a light sleeper, and my only complaint is the walls were thin, and I could hear various guests with noisy kids and doors being slammed. My earplugs did help a bit with this issue. ...

「Upscale property, nice rooms but could use al little more attention to detail with the cleaning. Friendly staff to English speaking customers. Property was in walking distance to the arts and science district and a large shopping center but was farther away from the old town. They left a note and some chocolates for my girlfriends birthday without us telling them about the occasion which was much appreciated and made the stay memorable」
