The location was great, staff were amazing - very helpful and friendly. Great value for money, feel rooms need refreshing, decor is obviously tired, balcony wall needed plastering and painting but all perfectly functional and clean and as stated value for money.

This is a great complex, clean,spacious apartments, lovely indoor & outdoor pools, close to all amenities, beach 5-min walk away, as are the buses & shops. Staff are all fantastic, always friendly & nothing is too much trouble. Olhos de Água is a lovely part of Portugal, safe & no trouble. Close to Albufeira, this is a bus ride away which has larger shopping, eating options, & perfect if you want the younger, day/ nightlife. Defiantly will return, this is a great area that has lots to offer. Perfect relaxing holiday destination

Quiet and Tranquil

Quiet and tranquil largely because of the absence of thru traffic, there was always plenty of places to park during my three day visit in April. The kitchen was adequately provisioned. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful time in Olhos D'agua. The Oceanus fit our bill perfectly. Our room was kept impeccably clean by lovely staff. Not fancy but very comfortable...fun entertainment Monday and Thursday evenings. I would definitely return and recommend to others.

This was a lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were apartment stiyle and nicely sizeld. The balcony had doors to the living side and the bedroom. The beach was very easily accessible. There were a couple of small supermarkets the next road over (less than 100 meters) and takeaways almost as close. We got the breakfast option which was served at the cafe by the outdoor pool - not quite an English breakfast, but much more than a typical continental breakfast.

A simple but clean hotel close to restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Rooms are a bit dated but overall a good budget hotel in a convenient location for touring the Algarves.

Horrible. Not clean, no air conditioning. The loby is clean and that's it. The sofa bed is a military bed. I tried changing hotel the first day but it wasn't possible. Don't book this hotel

unfortunately in our room (108) the air conditioner didn't work properly. despite being on the lowest setting the room was so hot that we had to open the patio doors to cool it off. i had two sleepless nights as the beds were not very comfortable and we were very sweaty ... on the good note the breakfast included in our stay was amazing and very fresh.

A pleasant hotel

We were in the Oceanus for 3 nights in summer 2023. Overall it is clean, the staff very friendly. It is basic, the decor a bit dated but I would have no complaints. There is a lovely outdoor pool with all day food that is quite cheap. There is a kitchen in your room so you can cook in or eat in the many many restaurants. There are so many pubs and restaurants nearby and it is a very convenient base for so many day trips in the Algarve. It was maybe 40 minutes Uber from Faro airport. Finally the staff were excellent. Really really friendly. It’s also ten minutes walk from the beach.
