Staff were terrific…helpful and friendly! Daily room cleaning. The location is a nice distance from old town, but walkable along the beach. The property is older and in need of a refresh…but this is reflective in the cost you pay. Large apartments.

3rd time weve been. Quiet hotel with no bar, but more than made up by location. Close to beach, close to local bars and restaurant, great pool. Nice walk to old town or strip. Bathrooms and kitchen units would benefir from a refurbishment but well equipped, clean and sufficient

Great place to stay. We had two adults and two teens in one unit. Very spacious. Room is apartment style, the kids bedroom was separated by a hallway and bathroom so they had their own space and privacy. Great layout. Small Kitchener that was helpful. Nice balcony, beautiful pool area and literally a two minute walk to beautiful beach. Very happy with our choice to stay here. Not fancy, but clean and very practical.

We were early for check in and went exploring. When we came back we found that the staff member we were dealing with had asked his manager if they could upgrade us from a studio room to a one bedroom suite. We were so excited top floor which was only 5 floors overlooking the pool and ocean. Side by side for easy communication. They assisted us with several inquiries on where to go and what to see. They booked our excursions with ease and called for pickup if required. They answered my many questions always with a smile and professionalism. I would definitely refer this hotel if u want some local flair. We were there in mid May and perfect time for us. I hear it gets very busy for summer months. Our experience was excellent. Thank you so much for your great hospitality.

Great location for a holiday

2nd visit, last visiting in 2022. Great location being very close to the beach and a very easy evening stroll to Old Town (where we mostly went) and New Town. Nice quiet hotel, large rooms, good WiFi. There is no pool bar or entertainment but isnt a problem with 4 shops, 2 bars and 2 restaurants literally within 50m of the door. Rooms cleaned every day. Taxi pre booked from airport was very reasonable. Lovely quiet area, great for couple holiday.

When we arrived we were happy about the parking but things went down hill from there. Only once we paid for our two nights were we told that the air conditioning wasn’t working and someone was coming to fix it. I asked - today? He said no. I explained that it was 30 degrees out and we wouldn’t stay without air conditioning. A lady from the office came to the counter, I assume the manager and they agreed to give us another room. He stated that we were given an upgrade but once we got into the room there was definitely not an upgrade. The tub was either filthy dirty or stained either way I didn’t use it so went 2 days without a shower. The kitchen sink keep getting plugged. They don’t provide dishcloths or dish soap to wash the dishes or even a broom or dust pan so I could clean myself. I pack my own shampoo etc so didn’t care that those weren’t provided. Positive review - great balcony and pool, close to the beach and only a 5e (or 20 min) walk to the very fun and exciting square. My opinion- if they put a little elbow grease cleaning and providing the easy items they could easy be a 4 star.

We were located on bottom floor where the wifi is super slow. In our room there was only hot water for the first person who bathed… other family members had to shower with cold water.

Upon arrival the manager, Luisa, knew we were uncomfortable. Since we were from the US and did not expect the party surroundings. She immediately called a sister hotel, Luna Solaqua and moved us to this hotel. The customer sevice was excellent and our stay in Albuferia was wonderful because of the intuition of the Ocean Luna Club manager

The pool area was no better. It was never cleaned during our stay, despite me asking a staff member who couldn’t confirm when it was last maintained. There were visible cracks around the pool, a ring of dirt in the water, litter everywhere, and dirty sun loungers. To make things worse, large groups of young men were drinking heavily all day by the pool, leaving beer bottles behind and shouting about their nights out — a serious safety concern and not family-friendly at all. We were also misled about advertised amenities — the bar area and hot tubs that

We only stayed one night. The purpose bad was to use the local Beach club they have amazing Bali’s bed . We used the hotel as a base . Grocery store next door and snack bar the other side . Although no food or drink on site very easy to get near by . Price was good value for the time of year and location . I would stay again

The hotel is lovely, clean and a short down hill walk to the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is no bar at the hotel and no place to sit in the evenings other than your balcony. It is more of an apartment complex with a vending machine rather than a hotel. Other than that it’s clean pretty and good staff

The employees of this hotel were very friendly and the environment/view is beautifull. Most of the rooms have a balcony and you can look out on the sea, if you are in the upper floors, you will also look down on the pool. You can easily take a dive yourself (not from up your balcony of course ;) ) That being said, I noticed that most of the clients are older people, so if you are young and a “bit” noisy, just know that its a possibility you will need to keep it down a notch. There is also no music in the entrance/lobby, so it’s quite a silent hotel compared to others I went too. On the otherhand, if peace and quire is what you were searching for, then is hotel will definitely be the place to be ;)
