The hotel was in a good location. Easy to walk to the strip. The tourist train was very local and easy to get around and see the old town. The breakfast was nice and the pool was cool but cooled you down in the hot heat weather which was needed. The was clean and the staff was friendly.

The room is very clean and nice! The suits part is new from around 2 months so that’s why theres less reviews which left us confused at first but we definitely weren’t disappointed! The pool is beautiful, the buffet is good and not always the same things every day, the drinks are good and the staff is so nice!! The drinks and food in the room are free which is very handy is your the kind to have midnight cravings. The hotel is placed perfectly in the center or the beach AND the clubs/bar, no need for ubers so perfect! We got greeted by Sheila, very nice and she explained and did a hole tour of the hotel at our arrival! Would definitely recommend!

DO NOT STAY HERE – AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS! I left my luggage in the hotel's luggage storage before my flight on the evening of July 5, and my Louis Vuitton handbag was stolen. Inside were my passports, laptop, sunglasses, and other valuables. It was the only bag stolen that day, which makes the situation even more concerning. When I discovered the theft, there was no manager on-site to assist. The two employees who helped me, Sachin Kumar and Tiago, were unhelpful and showed very little urgency. Initially, I was told we could review the security camera footage. After waiting for over 1.5 hours, I was then told I could not view the footage and that my only option was to file a police report. When I filed the report, the responding officer told me they receive 2–3 reports like this every week from this hotel. That was incredibly alarming. Based on my experience, I strongly suspect this was an inside job. While I cannot prove that, the circumstances and the lack of transparency left me with very little confidence. I later spoke with the Director, Renato, who was also not helpful. He said he could only meet with me the following morning at 8:30 a.m., after I was already dealing with the aftermath of the theft. I was repeatedly told there was no useful video footage, despite there being visible security cameras in the lobby. Unfortunately, the theft was only part of an already disappointing stay. The rooms were not clean, the staff were unfriendly and slow to respond,

L’heure pour récupérer la chambre est très tardive: 17h… du jamais vu. Mauvaise surprise lorsque nous récupérons la clés de la chambre, le réceptionniste nous dit que la chambre n’a pas été payé, nous tant la machine à carte bleu avec le montant que nous avions déjà payé. Nous lui montrons le reçu indiquant que nous avions payé mais dit qu’il va contacter ses supérieurs pour savoir et nous tiendra au courant… jamais eu de nouvelles ni excuse de la part de l’hôtel sur le désagrément causé et la perte de temps a l’accueil pour ce problème… Dans le chambre: la chasse d’eau disfonctionnait et la porte de la salle de bain ne tenait pas fermée, s’ouvrait à chaque fois ce qui était problématique sachant que les toilette étaient dans la salle de bain.
