We simply loved everything about our stay

We loved our stay! The hotel was clean and beautiful. The service was so so nice. They had animals and a pool. The breakfast was so good.

Romantic Destination

This property is a collection of recently refurbished trullis, perfect in every detail. Communal fireplace, roasted chestnuts by the fire, great breakfast choices. The owner was genteel and accommodating and forgave us for locking ourselves out of our room during his dinner time. I would recommend this as a honey moon destination. It's very romantic and a great place to relax or explore central southern Italy. Good restaurants and wineries in the area.

The hotel not that far away from the historical monument (15mins walk) . But the point is there is no pedestrian road and you have to walk on the busy/ danger road with many car passing by. Checkin restricted after 2.30. even if there is staff but they will ignore help you. The place not same as what the photo shows. many thing broken, lack of facilities.

Esperienza semplicemente straordinaria. Struttura bellissima e pulitissima immersa in un ' oasi verde di tranquillità: un vero angolo di paradiso. Abbiamo alloggiato nella stanza Smeriglio con idromassaggio: un vero incanto! Colazione ottima e abbondante. I proprietari gentilissimi e premurosi. Bellissimo anche il piccolo parco faunistico. Inoltre Francesco, il proprietario, ci ha fatto assistere ad uno spettacolo di falconeria con la sua aquila Zeus: uno spettacolo. Consigliatissimo!

Excellent setting with extensive grounds with private secure parking. An on site collection of fascinating animals (falcons, giant tortoises, rabbits, parrots, wolves, donkeys, camels etc). Beautifully restored masseria (farm) with trulli structures. Rooms have a luxurious feel. Location on the town's by-pass is good if you don't want to drive into the town centre and worry about parking. Still only 10-15' walk to the trulli area/shops/restaurants. Room service was inconsistent during our stay. The smallest room(s) lack sitting area/dining space. Mattress was too soft and springy.

La struttura è molto bella all'interno dei trulli. Quindi tutto in pietra e tutto tenuto molto bene. Il personale è stato molto gentile. La camera accogliente e pulita. La colazione potrebbe essere più ricca ma in compenso è stata di qualità. Il proprietario possiede e addestra aquile e falchi e quindi rende l'atmosfera molto particolare. Nel complesso il posto è molto bello e consigliato. Bravi!

This hotel is so quite, clean, comfortable. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the center of Alberobello which makes so easy and convenient. Staffs we met did their best to make us feel so welcomed and made our stay perfect. I recommend this hotel to anyone going to Alberobello.

Unikt og anbefalelsesværdigt lille resort.

Flot hotel i ombyggede gamle trullier men med de gamle mure, vaske og træværk bevaret. Skønt lille resort og falkoner-sted. Om eftermiddagen kan man nyde ørne og ugler på plænen og man kan endda hilse på 3 unge ulve. Værelse med flot terrasse og gårdhave.

Exotic and high quality

Nice place. Lovely Trulli. Sweet, helpful and positive staff. Rooms are special in a very positive way. The resort keep a high quality and is a lovely experience. There are quite a few animals at the resort. Birds (falcon, eagle, owl, parrots) and horse, dogs, turtles,- even a camel. Animals are well kept and their areas are very clean and good taken care off. You can probably be involved as much as you want in these animals, or not,- if you don't prefer. They are certainly not bothering anyone. We had a room close to the road and the air condition is not turned on before 1st of June, so we had to keep the window open. This resulted in some traffic noise from the road. It might be wise to ask for a room further away from the road if that is a problem. The room had a aquarium above the bed. That was sweet and exotic. Breakfast was simple, but good. Bread, cheese, ham, sweet cakes, yogurt and fruit. Lovely coffee specially made for you. We stayed in Alberobello and used this place as a starting point to go to several areas close by. Recommended are the Castellana Grotte, impressive caves, Matera; a village with a very special history and Lecce; a lovely, sweet place with impressive churches and good wine.

Excelente hotel em Alberobello

O hotel é maravilhoso. As instalações lembram as cavernas de Matera e são limpas, modernas e muito bonitas. Decoração em detalhes, camas boas e confortáveis, banheiro espaçoso com toalhas boas, a localização é 5 min de carro do centro histórico. Estcionamento no local. Café da manhã excelente e o atendimento foi gentil e muito simpatico. Adorei e ficaria lá novamente, sem sombra de dúvida.

最低の思い出

滞在翌日にローマに向かう予定だったので、10時発のバーリ行きバスに乗るため、ホテルのシャトルサービスを頼んでおいた。ところが、チェックアウトをしようとしても、フロントは9時半を過ぎても開かず、朝食会場にいた女性従業員に何度か頼んでやっと開けてもらった。シャトルサービスの件は申し送りを受けていたようだが、バスは毎日不定期で時間はあてにならないから、焦っても無駄と全くやる気のない対応だった。実際にはバスの時刻は定刻で、この女性が適当な事を言っていただけだった。バスにはギリギリ間に合ったが、送られた場所も鉄道駅でバス停を自力で探すしかなかった。せっかく評価点の高いホテルを選んだのに、嫌な思い出しか残らなかった。
