"The room price was so so expensive compared to what we got in the room, and the rules of the accommodation was so vast and extensive. Also you have workers living there full time while you charge regular people an arm and a leg to be there for not even 8 hours. "

I was a solo traveler without a car but was able to take advantage of a seasonal bus service along the Pacific Rim Highway between Tofino and Ucluelet to get into both towns. The hospitable owners were also happy to give me a lift to Tofino if our journeys coincided. I used Pacific Rim Navigators to get a return trip from Long Beach Airport to the Guesthouse, which is not too far from the airport."
