"Great staff! Checked in and returned my rental car. I called the hotel after dropping off the car and they sent the shuttle to pick me up within minutes and dropped me off at the door number closest to my room. Room can be updated a little bit.. not by much though."

Quality Inn Albany Colonie

Quality Inn Albany Colonie

8/10 Good
"A mixture of comments, good and not so much: The manager was helpful and very pleasant. The linens were plentiful and sparklingly clean, and the bed was comfortable. The room temperature controls were functional and adjustable... a major plus! The refrigerator was blocking the walkway between beds and not operational. Two bus groups had used up ALL the ice from the single available ice machine, and it didn't replenish within the suggested 20 minute time frame... we waited over an hour, to no avail."
