Overall a great stay. Shower head was hand held only as the holder for broken and pillows were hard and 4 feet long…oddly uncomfortable to sleep with. Get the breakfast buffet…well worth it.
Lovely, old style Spanish hotel. All marble and wide corridors. Huge rooms with a table and two chairs made all the difference. Also the on site Café was a real bonus. Parking garage was excellent and decent value. WiFi OK. Courteous and engaging staff
Travelled with a dog and found the hotel dog friendly with large room easy access to park a stroll to the city secure parking and resturant and cafe onsite.Happy atmosphere about the place.
Great location. Car parking on site (charge €10). Good selection of tapas in the cafe.
Room ok but beds uncomfortable. Basic breakfast. Overall value for money.
Quick check in by the friendly staff. Room was adequate for our one night stay with a comfortable bed, good wifi signal, mini fridge and clean towels.
We ate lunch in the hotel cafe and had some tapas and a glass of wine. The breakfast was also very good with plenty of options.
The hotel is in a good location and within walking distance of the railway station and also the city centre with it’s lively bars and restaurants

Ok for 1 night
Cheap hotel, outdated with very old fashion furnitures and a phone from ancient days and a very heavy key… Quite poor breakfast. Ok location for 1 night.
The hardest bed I have ever slept on - and super creaky, made noise every time I moved. The pillow was like a rolled up carpet, long and stiff. The room was large and clean. Rooms are in dire need of an update in decor and the bedding areas.

Decent hotel, but quite noisy
The hotel is older, but the facilities overall are in good condition and the room was acceptable. The only issue for me was noise. The windows were not sealing well allowing in all the street noise, and the granite stairwell projects all the sound from the bar on the ground floor. I could also hear my neighbor snoring through the walls all night.
everybod is shouting, yelling, shouting, yelling. so much voice, so so much voice, everybody, staff people. especially staff. this is a hotel and you HAVE to be quiet. very much noise everywhere. I tried to warn but second problem is: nobody knows english. actually nobody. think about a hotel, its name is Hotel EUROPA but nobody knows english. I didnt understand. last day I found a guy knows english, told my problem and thanks to him he didnt take the parking fee as an apologize. But you need to educate your staff about quiteness. Actually in all spain I was like that "please, por favor, be quiet" so much noisy, so so much
No volveré.
