Didn't get my payed room

This hotel refused to let me in even though I had PREPAYED my room and had my RECEIPTS with me to show them! So my money went to nothing and I am now struggeling to get my money back. Never ever take the chance on this hotel.

Eski yorumlara aldanmayım! Otelin isletmesi tamamen degismis ve su anki sahiplerı gercekten isini severek yapan, misafirperver insanlar. Temizlik, hizmet kalitesi ve genel atmosfer önceki yorumlarla kesinlikle örtüsmüyör. Her sey cok düzenli ve keyifliydi. Yeni sahiplerle birlikte otel adeta yeniden dogmus diyebilirim. Tolles Hotel – sehr empfehlenswert! Ich habe mich in diesem Hotel rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den freundlichen Service – das gesamte Team war jederzeit hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Auch die Lage des Hotels war ideal: zentral gelegen und trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Das Frühstück war frisch, lecker und bot eine gute Auswahl. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt – ich komme definitiv wieder!

Ich habe kürzlich eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht und bin rundum zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und gemütlich. Besonders positiv überrascht war ich von dem freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal – egal ob an der Rezeption oder beim Frühstück, alle waren sehr zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls top – zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig. In wenigen Minuten ist man bei Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Das Frühstück war frisch, vielfältig und hat den Tag perfekt starten lassen. Insgesamt war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, bei dem alles gepasst hat. Ich komme gerne wieder und kann das Hotel jedem weiterempfehlen!

Süper lokasyon, temiz konaklama, iyi hizmet

Gayet kolay bir check in süreci ile giriş oldu, zaten ön büro hazırdı. En küçük odayı istemiştim ama sanırım en büyük odada kaldım, şansa o müsaitti. Genel olarak temiz odalar, her şey mevcut, personel süper ilgili. Araç park yerinde sıkıntı yaşamadım ama otoparkı yok kendine ait. Sadece kahvaltı vasat ötesiydi, hiç vermeseler daha iyi. Amacım kahvaltı olmadığından konaklama açısından fiyat fayda olarak süper bence, gene giderim. Lokasyon çok iyi.
