Family holiday May ‘23.
Great place to stay, very clean, from the rooms to the hotel itself, and even outside, the place was kept spotless. 2A 4C, boys age 16, 14, 12, and 10 had so much fun with loads of games to keep them entertained. The animation staff were amazing taking time always to stop and have a chat with them. Great choices to eat, from breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Also great shows on in evening with a choice of three to choose from. Overall a great holiday and we would all definitely go back again.

Pegasos resort
Pegasos Resorts was what we hoped for in an All Inclusive holiday. They provided for everyone. The pools and grounds were immaculate. Right on a private beach. The food was great and a different selection at the buffet each night. The staff we very polite. Would definatly recommend this resort.

Great stay
We had a lovely 4 day visit. Plenty of different pools and slides for the kids. Great food-really spoiled for choice and plenty of variation. Lovely spacious rooms.

The staff at this resort were absolutely Fantastic and very friendly. From reception to kitchen and dining servers, everyone was just excellent. This was our first visit and my family and I highly recommend this resort. Jasmin

To Those who want to book this hotel should note the following points: Delay in check-in procedures up to an hour (noting that all our costs had been paid in advance through booking, that is, before we arrive at the hotel). 85% of the hotel staff are unfriendly and frowning. The mini bar (in the room) contains just one (1.5 liter) bottle of water only. It is known that the hotel is (All Inclusive), but the reality is quite the opposite. When it's time to eat, you won't find an empty table easily, that is, you have to wait until one of the tables is empty (meaning, the number of dining tables is not enough for the number of guests). In short .... this hotel is not comfortable for families at all, and we regretted a lot because of our 3 nights for (3 families) in it, it is a mistake that will not be repeated.

Nice resort hotel, far from 5* but its fine, beach is very nice with really nice sand. Food was good but they serve it to you coz of covid19 and staff is not freandly at all, except maids. Would recommend and would stay again.

I'll give my stay 7/10. The Resort has good capabilities in terms of pools and recreational facilities but lacks minor issues that affect your confort, e.g. good WiFi network, reliable safe lock, good AC in rooms, etc...

Excellent service!! Je recommande cet hôtel où l animation est top même si nous ne comprenons pas la langue, aucun problème pour se faire comprendre ou échanger… Tout était extrêmement propre avec un service de qualité et un très grand choix de buffet varié qui changeait tous les jours

L hôtel en général est bien mais un peu vieux Le personnel est très bien , accueillant , souriant et professionnel .la chambre est correct la vue sur la mer magnifique , pas de wifi dans la chambre payant 5€ par jour ,le réfrigérateur de la chambre est vide pas de bouilloire pour le café ou le thé .

Rigtig fint ophold med masser af faciliteter for børn. Desværre lidt dårlig service af nogle af tjener/bartendere. Nogle af dem virkede som om man var irriterende og i vejen når man skulle hente drikkevarer etc.

Right place for a beach vacation
Old buildings but clean hotel. Safe beautiful beach and great location. Several entertainment activities over the day. Nice waterpark. Delicious food. I will not hesitate to visit hotel again. Cons: Wi-Fi, spa-hammam, waiters

Всё отлично! Коллектив миниклуба заслуживает отдельной благодарности, наш 4-хлетний сын сам постоянно просил, чтобы мы оставили его в миниклубе дважды в день! Из минусов: 1.Для приправки салатов вместо оливкогового масла первого холодного отжима используют рафинированное подсолнечное масло, содержащее большое количество транслирован и вредное для здоровья; 2. гриль закрыт, вместо гриля всё жарят на этом же рафинированном масле на электрических стальных полотнах и называют это грилем...

Seul bémol pas de Ménage le lundi donc pas de serviettes propres. Un grand merci à Abderahmane seul personne à parler français qui se coupe en 4 pour vous être agréable. Les transats sont disponibles à condition de vous lever à 7h du matin la clientèle essentiellement Russe réservant ces derniers aussi bien à la plage qu'à la piscine de très bon heure. Les serveurs du '´restaurant'´ sont pas particulièrement aimable avec les personnes non slaves, bien au contraire si vous vous déplacez pour le buffet votre place est systématiquement dzbarrassée pour être attribuée à un autre guest. Nous avons eu plusieurs fois le cas le matin en revenant avec notre café d'avoir la désagréable surprise que d'autres personnes étaient installées à notre place et débarrassée alors que nous n'avions pas terminé.
