"Staff was not as friendly as hoped for (guy at front desk). Gym needed a bit of moping. Anyway, we got there with big hopes to using the pool, but it was out of order. One of the elevators was also out of order (this one got fixed while we were there). The laundry room also out of order. We felt like we could have used a discount after all of this (this poor review could have been avoided). Breakfast was nice! Room seemed clean (and that matters lots to us). Without those inconveniences...

"The owners are wonderful, and we enjoyed talking with them. Our room was very spacious and clean. There were cookies, chocolate, and mints in our room. The speakeasy had awesome drinks and food. The complimentary coffee in the common area was appreciated and the Sunday brunch was delicious! We only visited for one night as we were traveling through, but our stay was very enjoyable!"
