「The staff were lovely, and the location was perfect. The apartment was beautifully decorated and looked even better in person than in photos. A few things that could be improved are the mattress - it was far too firm and I woke up with a stiff back each morning because of this. Also, There was mold in the corners of the shower and one could smell this. Last, there is a cockroach problem. 」

There is only 1 reception desk which means it could take a while to check in if it is peak hours or if there’s an overly inquisitive guest who keeps asking questions nonstop with the staff at the expense of someone behind in the queue. 「Le petit déjeuner était un tout petit peu décevant même si réel effort sur la qualité de certains produits (jambon, lait, pain spécial). Le fait d’amener le petit dej dans un sac de courses est un peu embêtant. Pourquoi pas le ramener bien présenté? Pourquoi aussi un croissant pas frais et des confitures miel etc dans ces ignobles petites portions en plastique alors que le lait est excellent de même que le pain et (le 1er jour le jambon).
