"Everyone was lovely there Filipa (I don’t know if I remember her name correctly), Main, Theo, and the whole team! The pool is great! The beach is great! Only couple pieces of advice, the sports desk should be a bit more friendly and smile (like the concierge and front desk who are amazing!) and also I wish the upstairs balcony area of the cafe was open at night as it would be great for traditional and Muslim friendly hangout for families, because the Belgium bar is not an option and some of us want to stay up late with our families and have something to eat late night and hangout.

"The staff qere friendly but my room had dirty carpet and noise can be heard through the night making sleeping impossible. The staff were good but i would not recommended thos hotel. The room service itself was awful, tasteless food and trow away of money. The only saving grace is the staff, i wanted to complain and did start too on expedia which is how i booked it but i am solo female traveling i was scared of the reaction and potential backlash.i would never recommend it or book it again."
