「Absolutely stunning resort. We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was lovely and the kids had a great time in the heated pool in our backyard. The activities at the entertainment center were fun. A few things which can really enhance the customer experience. Firstly, the pools in the communal areas need to be heated as they are ice cold and unusable - it was a shame that no one was in them even though the resort was busy on the long weekend. 「Super nice staff. Apartment room was beautiful, clean and had plenty of room. Hotel restaurants had very good food. One had authentic Saudi cuisine by a Saudi born and raised chef. Location is in the diplomatic quarter which is ideal, safe and more walkable compared to being downtown. Perfect if you are active in the area. 」

「The staff was excellent and friendly. Very supportive people. Very clean facility. Allowed early check in 8 hours early with no charge. Fantastic experience. Only problem was the distance from the city. But with the price in comparison to other hotels compensates for the same. It’s great place to be. 」

The staff are not professional ..in my room which is juniors suite; for 2 nights i couldn't sleep due to the bad smell ( food smell) like if someone is cooking in my room.
