Our stay at this retreat was fantastic! The grounds of the property are gorgeous, with pretty architecture and a relaxed, laid back vibe. The hospitality is really what made it though - we were greeted by our names and with smiles by every employee. If you are staying in the Dubai area, I highly recommend a trip out to the desert as it was the highlight of our time in the UAE.

Stayed 2 nights and everything was over the top. I can very much recommend Al Maha for a few relaxing days. I did my fair share of research and was well prepared on how it would look, but everything was over our expectations. Extra bonus for the breakfast, which probably was the best I've had at a hotel.

From April 12 - 14, we booked the bubble room with temperature controlled private pool (D01) and the experience was amazing. For us, we did not run into any hiccups, especially getting there from Dubai. From the staff, the property, the food they provided us to grill, privacy, and overall nature, Moon retreat is well worth a try. Thank you Moon Retreat team.

The room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful.we enjoyed the breakfast.

Was very good

Stayed here 2 nights before boarding a cruise ship so I just need a nice clean quiet place to recover from a 15 hour flight. The room was spacious cleans and quiet. Service was great. Nice welcome snack was in my room. The view sitting outside looking at polo field was nice at night w chill music and the cosmos I had were very good even though they were not on happy hour. I like the bar bites menu where you could get a small bite if you weren’t hungry for a big meal. It was a great value for...

Fantastic treatment

The receptionist Ahmed is very professional

The staff is absolutely amazing and the place is a 5 star . Clean and very professional.

Friendly & attentive staff, always had smiles on their faces. Very welcoming from check in to check out. Musa & Joseline took great care of us during breakfast & throughout the day. All the staff at Jones the grocer were great as well, especially Alex. I would definitely recommend staying at Radisson Red Dubai Silicon Oasis

Got a little lost finding the location due to construction but once we located the property it was absolutely beautiful. The hotel front seat was very accommodating and allows us to have a late check out. Very comfortable and clean! I would definitely give this property 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Cleab, quiet comfortable, good breakfast, flexible check in and out times.

We had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and has a very special atmosphere. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. We felt very well taken care of. Highly recommended!

Ok place very close to the airport we were here just for few hours. Male Waiter at their restaurant was super polite and food was delicious. Would go back when in town.
