Overall it was a pleasant stay. I had booked a standard room through Expedia. I reached earlier than expected and tried to check-in at 12PM, but as the room wasn't ready, they requested me to come back after 2 hours. When I returned for the check-in later at night (after 10PM), they said no standard room were available and upgraded me the Junior Suite. It was a decent, spacious and clean Suite. Being a family of 3 (2 adults and 1 child-6yr) i requested for an extra pillow, but i was surprised to know they DON"T HAVE EXTRA PILLOW.!! Except that, the stay was pleasant. They had a good breakfast buffet in their restaurant as well.

Facilities , dining , overall experience considerably eroded over last few years . It seems like this place is now dedicated to long stayers / like an apartment .

I will not be back.

Terrible customer service and a confusing check in process. The room was dirty. Stains on the couch, carpet and window curtains. The bathroom had mold in the shower and leaked everywhere when using.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights. The pricing of 74$ is an good price for the looks of it. The hotel is ok, but there are some small issues. When i checked in the window did not close right, so I call front desk and they sent the meninance team to fix it. the second day water was leaking in the bathroom, so i changed my room. It is an ok hotel and overall clean though.

I think it is time to renovate this hotel… lights were not working, old moisty ceiling, curtains detached and not moving, 110V power outlets and limited 220V… Old TVs … incompetent staff… no one was welcoming us on the front door to help us with the luggages… reception staff do not what they are doing… terribleness experience definitely not doing it again

No front disk employee most of the time, They put up a sign that there is maintenance work from nine in the morning until six in the evening, but unfortunately the work begins before seven o’clock. We ask the receptionist for a replacement key and he hands it to us without asking for any information to confirm... in general I will not make it again…
