"In the heart of Jubail City. No private parking. You have to rely on paid public parking. Very poorly trained service staff. Housekeeping was poor. They didn't provide towels. When we asked for it, there was no positive response. Usee harsh words to drive us out at around 1.00 pm though checkout was at 2.00 pm Won't come back"

"A fabulous little hotel. The staff were fantastic from front desk, to restaurant, housekeeping and travel. Bedroom was a good size with a good view of the surrounding area. Bedroom challenges: The air cooling system is a tad noisy and the speed of servicing the room could be improved. Each day upon return from work (after 5pm) the room had still not been serviced which meant hanging out in the lounge when all I wanted was to rest a bit after a tiring day at work. Once alerted, the room was serviced swiftly Sahab and Abdullah were always welcoming at reception and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The Restaurant staff were truly amazing. Friendly, welcoming and efficient without being intrusive. The food was superb and we thoroughly enjoyed the various flavours and variety. Rana, our driver was brilliant. Courteous, completely reliable, timely and extremely efficient. Overall ALL the staff my colleagues and I encountered were just fantastic. This Holiday Inn & Suites, Al Jubail, is by far the BEST I have stayed at. It certainly beats other Holiday Inn hotels hands-down. Given that this is not a chain I frequent due to several negative experiences, I would have NO HESITATION in recommending Holiday Inn & Suites, Al Jubail."

"It was terrible stay, checked it in the midnight. no hot water in the room, was forced to take shower in cold water. complained in the morning but wasn't fixed till i checked out in the afternoon."
