Not so nice anymore

Very Bad experience. I stayed in this hotel back in 2019 and having very good memories but this time it was just opposite. This is a perfect example how the hotel changes in couple of years. The checkin took one hour because the person at the front desk wasn’t knowing English and couldn’t find my reservation in the system. No Laundary, no cleaning unless you asked them. Staff wasn’t friendly at all. They charge all the amount upon check in so you don’t have any other option than just stuck there. I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again.

Nice stay

This hotel is in nice location, near by 2 to 3 indian restaurants, breakfast with many varieties, opposite is beach you can have nice view, hotel staff is friendly, quick check in and checkout. Good hotel

The property has remained consistent over the last 2+ years I have been staying there for business in Jubail. Mostly, staff is friendly and are helpful except that recent changes in Saudi Arabia hiring rules has brought in staff that is not as friendly and sociable as I have experienced in the past. My room has always been clean. The morning breakfast buffet is acceptable.

The location of hotel is pretty good. You can walk to the sea in less than 5 mins. Most of the good restaurants of Jubail are walkable. Rooms size is decent with very good breakfast. Behaviour of staff is excellent as per Saudi standards. GYM of the hotel is very disappointing, so if you are a gym going person then it may disappoint you.

Great, clean hotel close to restaurants.

Second trip to the hotel. I did not think twice about returning to the SAS Hotel for my second visit to Jubail in four months. Very nice hotel with great warm staff, and close to several restaurants including Chilis, Outback, TGIF, Subway, and the hotel has its own restaurant which is very nice.

Very nice hotel close to my client.

The hotel was recommended by my client as being close (10 minutes) to their location which is why I picked it and because of the review of others. The public areas and rooms are very clean. The staff is very warm and helpful. Very good location to the waterfront and restaurants. Assisted me in getting a local taxi each day and accurately translated to the driver where I needed to go. I recommended to the firm that hired me for the trip to use this hotel again as I would in the future if returning to Jubail Industrial City.

OK maar zeer kleine standaard kamer zonder raam

Goed hotel voor een zaken trip aangezien er best wel wat restaurants in de buurt zijn. Voor de rest weinig te doen in de buurt. Gym is miniem (3 loopbanden, een fiets en een multifunctioneel fitnesstoestel)

SAS for busniess

overall, the room is very spacious and has the normal comfort amenities. The internet connection is very good compared to other hotels. They air-conditioning was very very noisy, I think they have placed the compressor in the fall ceiling. Breakfast quality and service needs a lot of attention as it does not lend itself to a 3 or 4 star hotel.Location is great with many cafes and restaurants in the area, and the Cornish is just 5 minutes away.
