「When I arrived, I was informed that all rooms were sold out, and no alternative accommodation was offered. The only "favor" they extended was a refund for that night's stay, which left me with no choice but to sleep on the street. The next day, when I returned, they insisted that I could only extend one night of my stay instead of refunding me for the night I had to spend outside. This was frustrating, as it seemed unreasonable to change my flight just because of their mistake with the hotel...

「My family enjoyed a memorable stay and the hotel is superb with spacious rooms and clean facilities. All rooms have easy access to beach and the swimming pool is great too. The staff are courteous and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a staycation.」
