「Excellent Customer service especially the parking staffs and the restaurant staffs. Nice view of my room , really relaxing and enjoyable in my stay .Breakfast have a lot of choices, even l was stay a week, but l still feel exciting every morning when l have breakfast. Highly recommend if you would like to have the relaxation trip in abu dhabi. 」

「The service is great, especially the front desk staffs. They offered us a suite room as they asked if this is our 1st time to Abu Dhabi or Dubai & we say yes. The room is super big, with a large balcony facing the swimming pool downstairs. The breakfast is great, yummy with various of choices, worths adding to your package. 」

「Would like to give thanks to Shangri-la Qaryat Al Beri at Abu Dhabi team for making our 27th wedding anniversary memorable. Sarbina of Guest Relations has spent extra thoughts in decorating our room before we checked in the hotel. We are very pleased with the brilliant decoration. We have tried the 2 restaurants Shang Palace and Bord Eau and in both restaurants, food and services are super awesome.」

「Loved my stay here, really great hotel. Only note I would add is that they should makes sure each guest gets a welcome drink and that there is someone to escort them to their room and show them everything they need to know like how to turn on the lights, where the fridge is e.t.c.」
