Clean and Comfortable Room

There's a young man receptionist very helpful when I had a room next to the equipment room when I can hear noises of the machine in my room, he's very quickly help me to have another room near the area. The room itself is clean and the bed is comfortable, it's well maintained. It's only the second night, one of my friends room was not cleaned. The breakfast is simple. There's toast, bacon, susages, eggs, and some fruits and yogourt. Not the best presentation, but OK for a simple breakfast. There's a couple malls in the area and with a few restaurant, so quite convenient.

Property currently under construction. Should be closed until completed or rates drastically reduced. Only 12 rooms on forth floor available. Room not cleaned thoroughly. Stale odor and Found hair/dirt scum in shower. Poor breakfast ( a couple bagels) if you can call it that. I believe we were the only guests in the entire hotel during our 2 day stay.

The hotel is currently under renovation and if I had known that before I booked, I would’ve chosen another hotel. I don’t think it’s fair I had to pay full price to stay in a hotel while it’s under construction and their noisy machines make it almost impossible to get a good nights sleep.

Notified morning of checkin location was beginning updated. In reality, construction and destruction had been ongoing for for weeks. What wasn't being redone was in poor condition. Picture of location in no way represented condition of hotel. Left after 1 night of 4 night stay.

I came for an appt to Cleveland clinic ..... They were doing construction, which was fine, but they were drilling at 9:00 am . They were really nice and gave us extra blankets , and helpful , but I was up all night. Then the construction at 9 am right next to our room?

Filthy while under construction

Hotel is in disrepair but under construction. The first room bathroom floors had hair and dirt. The hotel interior and exterior had construction debris tracked through out . Very poor condition I would not stay here if you value cleanliness.

Find a room anywhere else.

Every employee we interacted with was excellent, but that’s where the positives end. The room was run down, fairly clean minus the fish hook my husband almost stepped on. The hot and cold water would change on its own. The rest of the hotel is absolutely terrible. Nothing on here told us the hotel was under a poorly managed renovation.

The property was fairly run down and lots of areas were in need of maintenance. My room had not been vacuumed when I arrived in the room. I found hair and a nail clipping on the carpet. Staff was friendly but I was very disappointed with the overall condition of the hotel and room.

Didn’t know I was staying at a rest stop motel. Hotel is under renovation which wasn’t advertised upon booking. It looks abandoned from the outside. The rooms need help, and not up to par to rent out to folks paying rent the kind of money they’re asking for. Will not be staying here in the near future.

The lobby of the hotel was nice and clean, but the elevator and surrounding areas were very dirty and needed vacuumed. The elevator was super sketchy and I ended up walking down 4 flights of stairs.The room itself was very clean and was as advertised.

Family Reunion

We were in town for a family reunion at Sand Run Metro Park. We stayed at the Holiday Inn. We were warmly greeted by the desk clerk. Our room was clean with a nice large shower. The bed was very comfortable and overall we had a very nice stay with no compliants.

The shower is in poor condition including some mold. The room windows need replacement as it was difficult to see out of them. The building as a whole is showing it's age. The staff was good, friendly and helpful. We don't travel very much but we would probalby not stay at this HI again.
