"The room looks like a living room of a normal appartment, I felt it very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is very nice, I enjoyed various vegitables from a local famous farmer. The staff are very kind and friendly, and they are always ready to answer the custimers' questions."

"The check in was a nightmare, staff did not seem to know that I booked 2 rooms and the computer check in did not help. wanted to do laundry that's why I booked this hotel, but there were only 2 washer/dryer machines in the hotel and there were long ques for them so we had to wake up at 5am to do laundry. "

"SMOKING ROOM ASSIGNED IN THIS DAY AND AGE???? Small letters "smoking room" past my reading but WHO IN THE WORLD SELLS SMOKING ROOMS ????? FRONT DESK showed no emotions , empathy. Pathetic behaviour , not like most of Japanese people."

"Quiet, super comfortable beds and a clean neighborhood away from the more busy areas of Tokyo. Still, not far by train to anywhere. A little inconvenient from the airports though."
