"The check in was a nightmare, staff did not seem to know that I booked 2 rooms and the computer check in did not help. wanted to do laundry that's why I booked this hotel, but there were only 2 washer/dryer machines in the hotel and there were long ques for them so we had to wake up at 5am to do laundry. "

"SMOKING ROOM ASSIGNED IN THIS DAY AND AGE???? Small letters "smoking room" past my reading but WHO IN THE WORLD SELLS SMOKING ROOMS ????? FRONT DESK showed no emotions , empathy. Pathetic behaviour , not like most of Japanese people."

"Quiet, super comfortable beds and a clean neighborhood away from the more busy areas of Tokyo. Still, not far by train to anywhere. A little inconvenient from the airports though."

"Great place to stay in Tachikawa! My second stay here. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the station. There are multiple combinis nearby. The staff were nice and the property was clean. Easy check-in/check-out. I’ll definitely stay here again in the future."
