"When checking in I didn’t expect to pay a deposit, which I did but then was told it would go back on my card, but it could take up to 14 business days. Breakfast was good and the pool was fun."

"Amazing place to stay with or with out kids. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again. The only down side is there is only 1 free parking lot to park in. It is also quite a bit aways from the hotel and since its shared with people not staying at the resort it stayed packed. You can pay the parking garage fee or valet if u wanted to."

"The property is in a great location downtown. The hotel is nice but needs to be renovated. The decor looks about 20 years old. We paid 280 per night for the room but it was during the College Softball World Series so we weren’t surprised. I was surprised that the trash would be overflowing into the floor by the elevators , ice machine and all public areas. I left and came back hours later and it was still there. I needed to use the washer/dryer while I was there and they had one available that also looked 20 years old. The handle was even broken off the dryer door. You couldn’t use it. We asked the housekeeper on our 2nd day there for fresh towels and she said she was only allowed to give us two. I told her there were 4 people in the room and it was reserved for 4 people. Still said no, i was told I had to call the front desk if I needed more than two. Overall the hotel was decent but I would expect more out of a hotel if I was paying 280 per night. We did eat breakfast in the hotel restaurant and it was fabulous. Great food and excellent staff."

"The hotel smells of smoke and is very musty. Especially the rooms and the bed. I did not use their towels. The hotel needs a deep cleaning if you’d ask me. Even though it’s a motel it should be kept properly. Ppl can become sick. As you enter the building a musty smell mixed with smoke hits you. Please fix that. The hotel needs to be more sanitized."
