"Although the hotel is dated, it is extremely clean, the staff is exceptional and the 3 bedroom villa was a superb place to stay. The hotel had an undisputable old world charm with comfortable beds and no bugs. Yes, some of the furniture could be better and the windows could be updated, but it's Mexico and it fits. The hotel is also a short 15 minute walk to the town square, 7 minute walk to the boardwalk and 2 minute walk to a small convenience store. Savator made our party of three feel completely at home every morning for breakfast (which was excellent). Would highly recommend you take a chance and stay in Ajijic at the Hotel Danza Del Sol."
