Due to fires and airport shutdown in Marseille I was an unplanned visitor to Aix de Provence. Upon checking in , I was told The hotel was sold out but the receptionist did some digging and gratefully figured out a room that had come available unexpectedly. Staff was very pleasant, room was good, shower was nice and hot and I enjoyed breakfast there!! A good Italian place is a short walk away too!!

We got to the room. There was airflow but no A\C. We got to talk to on of the employees by the microphone at the entrance who told us to shut it down and start to restart it 30 Minutes later (which obviously did nothing to fix the situation). There were also ants in the room. To be clear, we asked to be changed rooms, but the guy told us to restart the A\C. It was 37 degrees celcius outside.

Very comfy. poor location. 2 hotel w/ name B&B...

I arrived in town late. Took the bus to the B&B to find out after the bus stopped that there is 2 B&B in town. HAd to walk 4 km to the proper one. Arrived a little before midnigth. Had to be at Gare Routiere by 10. No Bus on sunday until 10:05. Had to walk another 3.5 km to first but. Arrived late. BEST bed i had in a long time. Arriving is all computer. Had no code to open door. the guy on intercom was semi-helpfull. The 2 ladies in morning were super nice. (front desk & breakfast) So all in all if you have a car. very comfortable bed & pillows. If you are with public transportation. Find a better location. I would go again if not pressed by time.

Lastig te beoordelen, punten goed en punten slecht

We wilden voor een paar dagen naar Aix en Provence. Dit hotel ligt er tegenaan. Met de (elektrische) fiets ben je er zo. Daarom ontbijten we in Aix en niet in het hotel. Bij aankomst gevraagd naar een stalling o.i.d. die was er niet. De receptionist dacht mee en kregen de invalidekamer op de bbg. Geweldige sevice. Helaas was de kamer vreselijk ongezellig en de douche was schandalig. Deze was echt niet schoon. De gootsteen liep niet door en de wc-rolhouder kwam van de muur. Het bed rolden naar het midden. Dus een heel dubbel gevoel. Gelukkig wel airco, want het was héél warm.
