"The room was clean and well equipped. Not being able to easily open the windows on the hottest day of the year was annoying. A hack to wedge curtains open to allow some air in through the tiny gap available was not needed. A fan was also not available. Having to order food via an app was not great. ..."

"The staff are lovely and the food is amazing. The lunchtime sharing boards are brilliant. We loved the location, especially the short walk along the canal into town. The only downside was the lack of a lift. I've been told to pack less for next time!!"

"The accommodation was fantastic, felt brand new, the location is a bit noisy due to the bus depot next door, they advertised two parking bays but only one was available which due to the lack of parking spaces in the area was quite inconvenient."
