The worst customer service ever! Ended up waiting in front of the door for late check in and nobody came. I tried calling provided number many times and nobody ever picked up, same was with the ring bell. They just didn't want to show and to check us in. So I ended up staying in a different place, the more welcoming one. Don't go to Mediterranean resort!!

Pleasure to Stay and to Recommend

Immaculately presented apartment and throughout the complex. Perfectly clean and with all needed items. Service was excellent. We enjoyed the Whitsunday views daily from our living areas and balcony over breakfast and drinks. Pools are stunning. Short stroll to village shops, eateries and waterfront. If not driving prepare for short steep walk complex. Happily return to stay. Management to be applauded.

Nice hotel with all the necessary facilities. Though bit of hilly walk to hotel if you don't have your convience.

Trip of a lifetime

This resort was great. It was very clean upon our arrival and the views were exceptional. The pool area was relaxing and very clean. John in the front office was very pleasant and always willing to help. I definitely would recommend this hotel.

The ants!

Very comfortable and great location, seemed well kept until later in the evening we found ants everywhere! They were coming out from behind the baseboards and the bathroom mirror. Management seems to be aware as we found any killing sprays in a cupboard. Other than the critters the view is to die for. Cockatoos are everywhere and the access to town is mega convenient with free parking under the unit. Would stay again if the ants were dealt with.

Nice and close

Only thing ia that is was eaay to hear other guests within proximity when the group below us was partying, the noise drifted up and because we had windows doors open due to the heat it made it a little noisy at night. Otherwise was perfect

The apartment was very spacious and the balcony was fantastic overlooking the bay! Cockatoos even landed on our balcony railing!

Looks are deceiving

The unit was very small and very outdated. The bathroom has a trip hazard which is very dangerous as the lip causes you to fall forward onto the hand basin. The shower head was broken, the fixtures were chipped & very old. If you wasn't to cook meals don't bother as the oven is very very old and would not work. All cutlery was old & dirty. If you want to drink wine or whiskey that's good as there are only glasses for these types of drinks. As it was raining we went to sit out on the balcony which was not good as the roof was just a stretchy tarp that soaked the balcony. Great views of Airlie but would not recommend this $165 per night was NOT worth the money. It must be a self rated complex as I am positive if it was rated by the hotel association it would only get a 1 or 2 rating

We booked early, so the price is not too bad, but the room is not as clean as it should be. Overall, the room condition was with old appliances (washing machine is not working properly), wear and tears in the bathrooms, the washing taps in bathrooms are very dirty-blueish. The shower-box soap holder is very very dirty. Blinds are very dusty, windows are not clean at all. Very disappointing about the cleanness of the room. However, the view was really beautiful.

Great sea view

Great sea view, room is nice and clean, 2 min walk to shops and cafes. Great value. Only problem is the blanket is not comfortable enough. Could change to quilt.
