「Very friendly and helpful with transportation 」

「Room was clean, shuttle to the air port was good but very busy because it picks up for 2 hotels. The extended stay parking was a nightmare…no where to park even if you stayed the night and moved to Park and fly in the morning 」

「We stayed here before and had a great experience. Location is great and rooms are clean and comfortable. Last night however, was a regrettable experience for which we will not return. Our room had no hot water in the tub. An issue that can happen anywhere, but the manner in which it was dealt with by the lady at the front desk was appalling. We were told to run the tub for 15 minutes. When we returned to the front desk to say the problem was not yet resolved, she was on the phone and still...

「I was only there for a few hours. It was located under 10 minutes from the airport. The take away breakfast offered lots of options. Well air conditioned, bed was very comfortable. Easy to navigate and access the room. 」

「We came tgere during a snow storm. Nothing was shovelled. There was a 3 foot drift in front of our room. The patio doors was tge easiest way to get in. Our friends had to get a shovel which was sitting at tge ftont entrance and shovel our way to the room from our car. I realize there was a storm but not even to gave the front entrance shovelled. They are lucky no one fell. 」
