"My higher category roomtype was not available at check in. That could have been resolved early in the day when I dropped off luggage, but it was not addressed until late afternoon upon my return. Compensation was not offered until I asked. Dissapointing."

The sauna was great, on from a little after 16.00 I would have loved a kettle in the room and the menu wasn’t extensive and as a carnivore generally had the veggie option which happened to be very tasty.
