The hotel is dated. Not enough electrical plugs and wifi was terrible. Location is central and the staff were friendly. Front desk spoke fluent english. The shower was amazing. Overall a comfortable stay but would be more acceptable if the price was lower or rooms were renovated.

Average stay.

Staff is good. Restaurant is courteous and acceptable state. Rooms are very average, feels 2 star hotel. Noise, bathroom flush, TV from next room are audible. Not value for money.. Hotel room is 8.5k which actually should be 50 percent less. Bathroom size is good, but no soap cake, no hand towels.

The morning breakfast was excellent with many items served. I would like to compliment the chef for his expertise in food selection and taste. The reservation included many amenities that were not provided initially. When I complained about them at the front desk, I was told they have to be requested which was not clear to us. Once we were transferred into a better room after complaining, everything worked out very well. We will stay there again but will request things at check in or right after we have checked in the room and find them missing. We like the location of this hotel which is very convenient to us for accomplishing our “things to do”.

The staff were friendly and seemed to care (which is not always the case in India); however unfortunately the hotel is just bad. Really ordinary rooms, awful buffet.

Recent stay In Lemon Tree, Mithakhali was good. However, the staff is not properly trained and there was enough confusion on pricing, addition of an additional member for the 3rd night and payments.

Great Stay!

This was my second stay. I ended up here after my booking at another hotel got messed up and what a delight it was. The only reason I haven't rated it higher is that the fitness center is uber basic and that's important to me.

overall service and amenities were good. but they charge you any cost without your knowledge. I had to check the complete bill during checkout and ask them specifically and then they reduced it. But overall it was a good experience.

Lemon Tree Ahemdabad - Wrong Billing by Hotel

They had overcharged us and sent us wrong bills . They charged us not once but several times bills of dec2014 and jan 2014 of same rooms and wanted us to pay . After drawing their attention , new bills would be charged for other rooms . Wrong billing was done by the Hotel .

very bad

will never stay at lemon tree hotels. Accidentally I hit the side table in The room , it was a small cut & blood started coming out when I called the reception & asked for the first aid box , the guy at the reception told me that they can not send the kit in the room. While bleading only I had to go down to fetch the medicine. Very inhuman attitude of the staff.
