Absolutely terrible service. So since it was a "match" day, the first question was "how much did you pay for reservation". After knowing how much, they were like "Oh we don't see the reservation" etc. Essentially the scammers sold the rooms for higher prices and not honoring existing reservations. They even claimed they don't do reservations with Expedia - Expedia however confirmed that they do and that the confirmation was received.
Avoid such scammers at all costs as there is no guarantee that your reservation will be honored. In fact, it almost won't if it happens to be a game-day.
