"It's a beautiful hotel with friendly helpful staff. The rooms are huge and comfortable. There are two restaurants on the property, plus room service available. It is located about 20 minutes from the airport. I was able to use Expedia message with the property to arrange transportation from/to the airport for 25JOD each way. Once you arrive there isn't a lot nearby. There is an Icon entertainment center you could probably walk to (or a cheap ride). It's showing some age. In our room (125) the shower showed a lot of wear with rust and broken tiles. Also, there is no alcohol allowed on the property."

"The staff was very helpful and spoke great English. The room was clean and comfortable. It was very close to shops which was great. A/C worked great, espcially how it was really hot outside. The only downside was that the bathroom was poorly designed and often flooded and the sink mixer often made the basin flood. The hotel was also right above the shops so it got really loud at night."

"Amazing property and amazing staff, I was actually booked at another hotel, A Thousand and One Nights but because of my amazing experience the first time here, and the amazing location to downtown Amman, rainbow street and tourist attractions, I returned back. I will always stay here when I come to Amman, it’s in the heart of downtown but at the top of the hill so you’re away from the noise at night. The room is incredibly clean, sleek and modern and the bathroom is modern, clean and sleek. The staff is incredibly attentive, I had a couple of asks and they immediately accommodated me and found a solution. They’re incredibly sweet and welcoming and the hotel is a very nice small boutique hotel in an excellent location. I will return every time here when I’m in Amman"
