The problem arose when we checked in asked about hot water in bathroom. Was assured it was there. Not only did it not come in the night but no hot water was available in the morning as well. We had to ask for heater to be turned on when we checked in and during the night it was turned off. Woke up cold and had to shower in cold water. The pillows were stained a dirty. There were blood stains on them.
