"nous ne pouvons pas donner l explication de notre sejour, car lorsque nous sommes arrivés devant l hotel, impossible d y entrer en travaux,les travaux devaient etre terminés le 1er septembre, donc a 18h nous étions a la rue,l office du tourisme nous a aidé pour trouver 1 hotel qui ai des places libreset restaurant; donc frais supplementaires "

"Séjour d une journée et heureusement ! Apres 10 h de trajet, impossible de rentrer dans le complexe qu a partir de de 17h !!! inadmissible avec 2 enfants de 5 et 7 ans.
De plus personnel de la réception arrivee avec plus de 15 minutes de retard, fourmis dans notre habitation, mal entretenus, ... bref a oublier ...."
