「Even before our family of 4 arrived every interaction with the staff was professional and helpful. They coordinated a late night pick up from the airport to get us to the resort. Upon arrival we were greeted by staff that presented us with hand cleaning towels which were much appreciated and a beverage of our choice while we finished check-in before taking us to our beautiful suite. 「Love the hotel, chilled out music playing during the day, pool area does get busy at weekends but not oppressive. Really great food in the restaurant here, definitely recommend going half board. Hersonissis for me isn’t somewhere I would visit again, I don’t like the vibe in the strip. However, Koutouloufari is a ten minute walk from this hotel and is wonderful. The staff at the hotel are really very nice, Erika in particular is a great host and an asset to this hotel.」

Upon arrival the hotel staff couldn’t be more accommodating, they are all very friendly and could help you enough, they are what make you feel like you are at home! We travelled as a family and it was our 1st time in Crete and an adults only Hotel, our whole experience was outstanding from the moment we arrived at the hotel till the day of leaving.
