"When we arrived, we were welcomed with drinks while waiting for our room, which was a nice touch. However, when a staff member showed us the room, I was surprised because it looked like a basement-level room. I had specifically booked a room with a balcony and sea view about five months in advance, so I immediately said this was not the room I reserved. After speaking with management for a few minutes, they showed us another room, which was actually the exact room type I had booked and recognized from the photos. It had a beautiful sea and sunset view. There was also a large parking lot in front, but it did not bother us much. I had previously read another review from a guest who experienced something similar, so I strongly recommend checking that the room you receive matches the category and photos you booked. Aside from that, we enjoyed the hotel. The location is very convenient for reaching Mykonos Old Port and Old Town, although there is a short section of the walk with no proper sidewalk, so you need to be careful. The pool area is beautiful with a great view, but sunbeds can fill up, so go early. It was also very windy during our stay, which sometimes made the pool less enjoyable. Overall, I would recommend the hotel, but management should make sure guests receive the room they actually reserved from the beginning."

"We loved our stay at the Adonis. We made use of their fitness facility; it was small but possessed everything we needed to get in a good workout (with some creativity). The breakfast was the best breakfast we've had throughout our Greece trip. The workers were very friendly, hospitable, and helpful. We also loved the location being so close to Little Venice and ATV/car rentals. If we ever come back to Mykonos, we want to stay here again!"
