"We had a great stay. Hotel was sparkling clean. Lovely pool and simple but very good breakfast with freshest vegetables and feta every day. Coffee machine worked well and the options for coffee were fantastic. Plenty of parking near hotel, and a nice village and great beach in walking distance were of course what we came for. I wish we stayed even longer. "

"We had an absolute blast staying at Petres Luxury Villas — definitely the highlight of our 2-week trip to Crete! We stayed as a family of 4 with two young kids (3.5 years and 18 months), and it was just perfect for us. The villas are brand new, very well thought out, beautifully laid out, and spotlessly clean. We were even offered a mid-stay clean, which made things even easier. The views are simply breathtaking from everywhere you look, and the pool was the perfect size for our family. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the barbecue was excellent for evenings at home. Michalis’ hospitality was outstanding — we arrived to a fruit basket, a bottle of wine, floaties for the kids, and a number of thoughtful touches that made us feel so welcome. Star-gazing at night by the pool was magical. We honestly can’t recommend Petres enough, and we will definitely return. A perfect stay in every way! "

"Upon arrival we had a few issues with the property, but the owner sorted these for us straight away. The villa was amazing! Clean and bright with great outdoor space. The pool was perfect, as was the view. 'Martin' the visiting cat was a welcome guest! Highly recommend this place for a stay!"

"Ignored and Disappointed: Poor Communication by Hotel Management When we extended our stay, the hotel staff failed to inform us about a special 50% May discount. Although the manager later compensated us nicely, our experience with the hotel’s loyalty program has been extremely disappointing. Since our stay, we've made multiple attempts to register for the hotel’s loyalty membership. Despite discussing this directly with reception upon checkout (we were promised a follow-up that never came) and sending three subsequent emails, we've received no response whatsoever. It feels as though the hotel is deliberately avoiding our registration to prevent us from receiving the 10% discount on our next visit, especially concerning given their initial oversight regarding the 50% discount. We remain puzzled by this complete lack of communication from hotel management."
