While you are about 20 mins outside of Chania it served as a good base for all of the western beaches and attractions while still close enough to Chania for dinners and exploring. "This beautiful villa is a hidden gem. The little village is so gorgeous. The drive up through the olive orchard is stunning. We never tired of the view. The restaurant that it attached to the villa is literally at the front door. The food is amazing. Though breakfast is not available, it's a short drive to a nearby town that has several other dining options. The pool is small but private. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Fantastic seafront hotel. Sits right on the waterfront in the village. The staff are helpful and friendly. There is a dedicated parking area available next to the public carpark. The rooms are simple but stylish with nice balconies overlooking the sea. We stayed here for 3 nights and wish we had stayed longer. You can get ferries to teh nearby beaches or you can walk the E4 trail. The downstairs does great coffee aswell as typical greek food. There are two bakeries in town that have great sit in or takeaway food. There is a small pebbly beach in town about 3 mins from the hotel with loungers and a changing shed. Highly recommend."
