Nous connaissons déjà cet établissement et là je comprends pas que mon code de réservation ne fonctionnait pas, j’ai du faire appel à l’assistance technique pour pourvoir retrouver ma resa car le numéro de resa reçu la veille par mail n’était pas le bon. Nous avons obtenu le bon numéro après 10 minutes d’attente et de compréhension. Je trouve cela dommage. Sinon le reste et le petit déjeuner avec le personnel de l’hôtel était excellent.

Alojamiento práctico para parar durante un viaje a través de Francia, pero a la vez cerca del centro de una ciudad agradable. Nos preocupó llegar tarde (fuera de los horarios de la recepción) y había tratado de llamar a los números de teléfono indicados en la reserva/página web pero no había manera...eso sí, llegó un mail con el código necesario vía hoteles.com . Igual merece la pena clarificar esto en la confirmación de reserva (en lugar del genérico "si piensas llegar después de las ..., contactar el establecimiento" que no sirve para nada porque los números de teléfonos no permiten hablar con nadie).

Le monsieur qui étais à la réception et au petit déjeuner est très agréable et souriant . Un problème avec le Wi-Fi indépendant sa volonté. Pas de grille-pain, dommage ! Hôtel propre.
