We stayed there longer than expected because of the Air Canada strike. The staff were great and accommodating. The room was clean and attractive. The location is perfect. We did not use the restaurant but it looked fine.

Very noisy until 5am, not only around the hotel, also in the rooms around ours. Staff was hit or miss, some of them very nice, helpful and kind, some of them very standoffish and rude.

Great location for one night stop on route back from Spain to UK.
Perfect room set up as far we were concerned, and really comfy bed.
Only complaint was that we couldn't turn on the aircon to cool the room down and had to sleep with window open.
