「Our stay at Te Dalu was exceptional. We loved that the hotel was located a little outside of Ella proper, which allowed for connection with the beautiful environment and scenery while still being convenient to the amenities of the main town. 「This was an amazing stay! Cozy room, nice breakfast, clean facilities, and excellent staff. The views were incredible. Easy to get to the main sites if you had access to a vehicle. No complaints at all!

「The hotel was modern, clean, room spacious and decorated very nicely. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel very central and can walk to main sights. Only issue we had was being locked in at night - glass front doors tied together with a bike chain lock! Although security were outside, I feel this was a concern if there was a fire and felt uncomfortable with this. Otherwise would recommend」

「除了用餐准备时间太长外，几乎无可挑剔。
不知道为什么会把酒店名翻译成“象牙”，太误导了。这是奥利芬家族私邸改建的酒店。
酒店很多基础设施，都有150年历史。即便新配置的家具，多半也是安装殖民时期的风格配置的，所以一走进酒店就有穿越到十九世纪的感觉。
入住当天只有我们一行5人，所以两个管家服务的很周到。只是用餐准备的时间太长，从点餐到上前餐花了一个多小时时间，因为现点现做，后厨只有一 个厨师和帮手的原因。这难免引起我们的不快，我们的不满弄得两位管家很紧张，反而让我们有些心不安。晚餐虽然准备时间很长，但做的很地道，于是把不满化作感谢，大家皆大欢喜。」

「这个酒店是我们这次旅程中最难忘的酒店！当我们晚上7点到达时，发现酒店在山底下，要穿越3-4km的山路，而且要坐缆车下去！太惊险了！而女儿则兴奋得无法形容！早上起来一片光明，你发现你居然睡在森林的溪边，巨大的玻璃房，与森林融为一体！早上可以看见5-6只孔雀在树枝上求爱舞蹈！超棒的待客如宾的服务，虽然酒店只提供素食，但讲究的西餐礼遇，加上星空与篝火，伴着印度的音乐，确实是极致浪漫的！当然也要有思想准备：不要太晚到达酒店，不要依赖WIFI，不要总担心充电问题，不要荷求热水服务，就当来大自然寻求冒险与浪漫！」
