"S'il est supérieur à 10/10, il mérite bien plus. Vous pensez que vous êtes chez vous et que vous faites l'objet de soins particuliers, et le mérite en revient à M. Imran, le superviseur de l'hôtel. Et n'oublions pas la dame qui surveille les chambres et la cuisine, car elle est plus que serviable.Quant au petit déjeuner, il est varié et délicieux. Merci Imran et merci à la dame.. "Dont book, its been closed for 2 years yet hotels.com are still advertising it. I travelled all the way from marrakesh to find this out and for all my trouble and money i had to pay to sort myself out, hotels.com have so far offered me a £25 gift card, when you would at least expect a full refund, minimum! I also had trouble with my hotel in marrakesh and last minute.com fully refunded me pretty much instantly and had the offer of claiming compensation. I cant believe they are still advertising...

"Just be aware that this is a shared property. Your booking is just for a room. The owner lives in the house, even though this isn't specified in the listing. This may be suitable for some travellers but it is something to be aware of. He was also gentle and understanding when we pointed that out. Anyway, we had to leave upon arrival because we were not comfortable sharing the accommodation with the proprietor. We contacted Expedia for refunds but we didn't get any refund."

"Our stay at Darna Guesthouse was amazing. Sarah and her family welcomed us in, were super helpful with recommendations and booking anything we needed, including tea and biscuits on arrival! She booked us taxis to and from the airport, a lovely Hammam and massage at a beautiful riad and recommended lots of places not to miss in Tamraght. The weather was really cold but Sarah provided a small heater so we could be nice and cosy. The room was lovely, showers are heated by the sun so were nice and...

Pickalbatros Palais Des Roses

Pickalbatros Palais Des Roses

8/10 Good
"Had a bit of trouble communicating with the staff but there were a few managers that were fluent in English which made the process smoother. The food options were really good, and the swimming pools were very well kept and not crowded at all. We were able to relax as a family since there were no crowds at the buffets or any of the amenities. Highly recommended. Will definitely come back and also visit their other hotels"
