Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for them. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection. Rooms were quite large and very clean. The beach and a good variety of tavernas were steps away. I was so impressed that in 12 days time I'm going back for another week

The way that everything was done on our stay was for 5 stars hotel level.From welcoming at the door to last minute.Clean warm and peaceful place by the beach.Service and food was great.Avalible parking and walking distance shops/market.Great place.

Beautiful new hotel overlooking the port 100 yards from the ferry pier. Beautiful new large suites with high ceilings. Spotless rooms, spotless grounds. Restaurants very close most with seating on the sea side.

2nd stay in 2 weeks. That should say enough. Everything was excellent. The only downside (and it had nothing to do with the hotel) is that you won't get a seat or table at the beach bar / cafe on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday until late afternoon

We were only looking for a small, clean place to acclimate to Greece and recover from our jetlag and the Papi Boutique Hotel exceeded every expectation. The hotel was located just steps from the ferry dock in Souvala. When we dragged in after an 11 hour plane ride, the warm welcome and genuine hospitality we received set the tone for our whole vacation. Ioanna's smile and willingness to accomodate our needs was spectacular. Our bed was so comfortable, the bathroom and shower were sleek, and the room was fresh and well-appointed. In fact, the entire hotel was just lovely - their designer did an impeccable job creating a pleasing balance of old, new, fun, and curated for a chill and relaxing vibe. The entire staff was amazing - the precious lady who put so much heart into cooking those delicious breakfasts, the attentive young man (was it Elias?) who attended to our needs in the mornings, and the distinguished gentleman who chatted with us near the bar and helped us with our taxi were all a substantial and positive part of our experience. Souvala was filled with great food and cute shops, and the people were so friendly. The hotel's location was convenient to see the sites around Aegina and we were able to tour the Temple of Aphia early in the morning before the tours hit and spend the afternoon in Aegina Town site seeing with easy acess back to the hotel via local taxis. If I could give the hotel staff ten stars, I would. Thank you all so much for everything! <3

Very quaint newly renovated villa, feels like staying in a resort. The area feels safe and walkable to many restaurants and cafes. Right next to the beach and ferry to the mainland. Highly recommend renting a car to explore the island.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen einwöchigen Aufenthalt im Papi Boutique Hotel! Das Hotel ist komplett neu, sehr modern und wunderschön eingerichtet. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Auch die Lage ist perfekt, da der Hafen ganz in der Nähe ist. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und wirklich absolut nichts auszusetzen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können dieses Hotel jedem, der die Gegend besucht, nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Sehr freundliches Personal und schöne Zimmer. Die Sauberkeit war schwankend, aber grundsätzlich ok. Im Standard-Doppelzimmer ist das Bad/WC sehr klein, falls jemand mit einer Person reist, die im Badezimmer Unterstützung benötigt, sollte man das vor der Buchung mit der Unterkunft klären. Das Frühstück war etwas langweilig und jeden Tag ident. Es gab außer Marmelade und Obst keine veganen Optionen. Außerdem gibt es nur Filterkaffee und grünen Tee mit Minze. Alle anderen Optionen, Schwarztee, koffeinfreier Kaffee, andere Tees können kostenpflichtig bestellt werden. Das ist etwas schade, da in unserer Gruppe 5 von 8 Leuten kein Koffein trinken dürfen. Dies wurde auch auf mehrmalige Nachfrage nicht geändert, was wir sehr eigenartig fanden, da sonst das Personal außerordentlich hilfreich war. Der nächstgelegene Strand ist nicht besonders schön und vor allem sehr dreckig mit Zigarettenstummeln und Plastik. Dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts. Einen kurzen Spaziergang weiter gibt es einen etwas saubereren Strand. Wenn Verbesserungen beim Frühstück und konstante hohe Reinigungsstandards eingeführt werden, ist dies eine perfekte Unterkunft.
