"We stayed 3 nights in the Mars room which has its own outside hot tub. It had dirty water in the bottom when we arrived. I asked for it to be cleaned so we use use it the 1st night. It wasn’t so I had to ask again. The room sleeps 2 but the hot tub can probably sit 10. It took over two hours to fill it enough to enjoy it. Prob another 1 hour to actually fill it. The internet is average & drops out all the time. We had to request water as no bottles were refilled on day 2 after cleaning. The property itself is lovely. The pool area is lovely (take your own towel as they don’t provide pool towels… very strange). And the staff were all nice and friendly. It’s also in a great location. The spa is also a great experience with Thai and Balinese options. Was it worth £250 per night… not quite but still lovely"

"Great Location, good breakfast, Rooms are small. For price, you can’t be the location. Street parking is a little tight but managed to find a spot everyday."

"This hotel went beyond our expectations. It is a sanctuary from the hussle and buzzle that is Marmaris. Selection of food was so vast that it was almost overwhelming. Beautiful well maintained gardens. Stunning Spa facilities. Polite and courteous staff. Helped by being upgraded to a suite!! We have stayed in numerous hotels ranging from boutique to other “5 star” hotels in and around Marmaris. Nothing comes close to the all round package you get from this hotel. Worth every extra penny it costs. Simply sublime"

"I’ve stayed at quite a few really good hotels, so I can be a bit picky, but I honestly really enjoyed this place. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was great. Everything was well taken care of. Honestly, I think this hotel is underrated and deserves more attention. I’d definitely stay here again."

"Strictly based on the room i used. The bathroom was too tiny that one can barely bend. I am happy it was only 1 night. Unless it was meant to be used by a child like 10 yrs old. One cannot bend to wash the feet. But overall its a good hotel n great breakfast too."
