"The entire place was better than pictures! The staff were super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was truly special. I have stayed once before in Santorini at a similarly priced property and this hotel felt like it was twice its price for the rooms/service! Most easy recommendation to make, our stay was flawless!"

"The hotel and its amenities were excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, supportive, and always willing to help, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location is beautiful, and the pools offer breathtaking views, making it a wonderful place to relax and experience Santorini. The only downside is that walking outside the hotel can be quite challenging. The road beside the hotel has no sidewalk, and cars travel quickly along the narrow roadway, which can be especially dangerous after sunset. It would be a great improvement if the hotel could offer a shuttle service to a few central locations in Fira, allowing guests to travel more safely and conveniently. Otherwise, I strongly recommend renting a car or using taxis rather than walking, especially in the evening."

"A great hotel for families. The buffet had a really good selection every day (we stayed for 6 nights) and the hotel has lots to do. They were renovating the indoor playroom during our stay and with that it will be even better."

"The view was marvelous from the restaurant and pool. Having our personal small pool was amazing. The staff was wonderful in arranging all the transportation that we needed an excursion, such as horseback riding, which was marvelous. The breakfast was sensational. The staff of the restaurant was exceptional. We will definitely come here again."

"Stunning property, let down by management and privacy issues. OKU Kos is beautiful. The 20m pool is spotless and great for fitness. However, our room's private pool lacked privacy; gaps in the walls allow neighbours to see right in, ruining any chance of skinny-dipping. The beach is stunning with comfy sunbeds, though it gets very windy.Food is a mixed bag. Breakfast is outstanding with perfect poached eggs, and the bar staff serve wonderful cocktails. However, the chef consistently overcooks fish. We had to send a tuna dish back, though they did compensate us with free drinks. Spa treatments are good, but note the hammam and sauna cost extra to turn on.Guest services need major improvement. First, the hotel tried to downgrade our room category pre-arrival, forcing a stressful 3-hour phone call with our travel agent to fix.Second, the Guest Services Manager ignored our pre-arrival emails and only said a brief hello on night three, seeming clueless about our profile.Third, swapping half-board dinner for lunch was a struggle, though a kind receptionist eventually helped us on our final day.Finally, for the World Cup semi-final, they just gave local suggestions instead of offering to make a booking for us. This is not luxury concierge service.It is still a great location for couples or groups, but do not expect true 5-star service."
