"Breakfast was great! Service at front desk was and the mini coffee area okay . Don't know they can't make any change when needs to. Phanh at the Bar was Excellent.So was Richard for the shuttle service even though. I did not use it . "

"Room and hallway had a strong smell of pet urine. Room did not appear as it did in the pictures. The room was very dark had broken tiles in the bathroom and had tape on various things in the living room. The man at the front desk was very rude and had an attitude when helping guest. Overall I would never stay here again nor recommend it. "

"The fitness facilities is exceptional, the hotel is not. And also not easy to find also no coffee convenient to the hotel rooms and the restaurant is small with limited availability and a small menu."

"The property was average at best. The rooms are super tiny. The bathroom makes you feel claustrophobic. No drawer space to take clothes out of luggage. Literally 2 drawers for a family of 5. The pool wasn't open, but it didn't look clean. Work-out area was meh. The staff was nice, but not around very much. First night, I was told the room I had reserved was not available anymore, and they tried to give me a smaller room. The room I got was on the 3rd floor, and the elevator didn't go down, so I had to take the stairs all week. Elevators were dirty, and I felt very skeptical getting into them. Check out ther was nobody at the front desk. Multiple people just left their key cards at the front because they got tired of waiting. Just an overall bad experience, I will not be going or recommending this hotel to anyone. "
