"Dirty, very poor health and safety. No lighting on the stairs or entry to the building or apartment. No evidence of CO monitor. Cutlery dirty and only enough for 3 and not 4 guests. Only 3 sests, all of which wobbly with screws missing and unstable to sit on. Crockery dirty and damaged and only enough for 3. Bedside cabinet fallen apart. "After many years of Premier Inn and now other Hotels This is my first stay with a serviced apartment in this country. I must say I was not sure what to expect but knew the HUB area of MK so thought it would be OK. It was just great, a speedy and efficient way to self check in, everything was as they had explained in the email. the apartment and the block where clean tidy and looked after. "We stayed here as a base for the Game Fair and it was a great location for that. We didn’t really explore the area much but we did get pizza from The Hertford which was good. There wasn’t any garden chairs and is it was lovely weather this was a bit amid a shame as the domino was in the courtyard a fair bit. The cottage was pretty, tidy, clean and cosy. No welcome package was a bit of a shame as this has become pretty standard for holiday cottages and the garden was overrun with bindweed...

"Easy check in, special requests we all met. Room was absolutely spotless and well appointed. Recommend drinks in the roof top restaurant. Great selection for breakfast all cooked and presented beautifully. Definitely stay again "

"We had a very nice stay at the hotel. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the pool was always clean and well maintained. The garden is beautiful, and the peacocks were a lovely treat. The staff were super helpful and attentive throughout our stay. You definitely get good value for the money paid. Breakfast was okay – not the best – but we understand it is focused on a traditional English breakfast. It would be nice to have a vegetarian sausage option and boiled eggs as well. Overall, a very pleasant experience."

"Great stay, everything I needed for a very last minute booking, for one night, tea/coffee. Netflix login. Towels/Shower gels etc….Great breakfast to get me fuelled up before leaving. Right in the middle of town, easy access, and with the Vue Cinema next door, kept me entertained last minute. And the staff were fantastic and very friendly. Thank you."
